The mountain has a soul

I came across an old text made by Carey Schwaber published in 2005 : Don't Rely On Just One Method For Distributed Access To Development Assets.

It gave me the idea to put my own words into it and to express something about life as we look at a mountain. I am very lucky because Montreal is a city surrounding a nice rounded aged mountain. During the winter the mountain seems devastated because most of the trees are leafless but in the summer time, the montain is gorgeous : surrounded by the peacefull crowds of the International Jazz Festival. The best time of the year to look at Mount Royal is during the colourfull fall season. There you can enjoy all the graces of Life and all the splendours of the physical environment. In fact Montreal is a beautifull city because the mountain has a soul.

So here is my reflexion :
Providing access to the most efficient philosophical and physical systems in order to gain success and happiness in life like the psychological approach, the reiki, accupuncture, energetic massages, zen, yoga, meditation, the Secret, sports and training, positivism are far more challenging for individuals than many organizations. In fact, it should be completely different but the reality is really different.

Today's softwares are the blood cells of every configurated management units. They pump digital solutions in support of a variety of approaches in the distributed access of their enterprize services.

It defines the interface with each employee and each client. We live in a world of pixels and you will be totally well served if you have a microchip soul. We will take care of your design, we will develop a lucrative market for you in a sophisticated approach in a real-time, cost-effective, high-quality digital image manipulation integrated circuit solution.

As the excellent Carey Schwaber says : The suitability of each approach depends principally on the nature of the development shop's distribution — a main site with a few smaller sites, equal distribution across several sites, many sites with just a few people, or some combination thereof. Heterogeneously distributed shops will require multiple kinds of support for distributed access. And because the distribution of development shops usually becomes more diverse with time, forward-looking shops will adopt SCM tools that solve the problem of distributed access in multiple ways.

There is no universal approach in Life, you will encounter billions of every day problems wich requires adaptation on an every day (I should have said : every minute) basis.
Please don’t take The Secret, a psychological therapy, a medical treatment as a definitive solution for the cancer of loneliness. Keep your eyes open and look at the horizon as largely, as wide openly as you can.

If you are looking for a secret : you will find that there is no secret at all.
The secret is inside your soul, in your heart. No book, no guru, no master, no doctor, no leader will make you cross the river of your personal pain and struggle if you don’t accept to love and cherish yourself : and I mean your own self., your inner self, your profound self (the one you never share with others because at this level there are no sentences, no words : just a pure energy).
